Requires excellent organizational abilities, general knowledge of art history, photography and new media, strong research skills, and demonstrated writing capabilities. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Photo Editor; knowledge of TMS collection database software and basic graphic design skills are desirable. Excellent proofreading skills, thoroughness and attention to detail are essential.

A Bachelor of Arts in Art History is required; a Master of Arts is preferred. Prior museum experience is desired. Must successfully multitask as a team player and interact effectively with various Co-workers, Board Members, Vendors, Members, and Visitors.

  • Reports to the Curator of Photography and New Media
  • Schedule is full time, 40 hours/week, non-exempt status.
  • Compensation: $22.12/hour
  • Full Time Status provides competitive and comprehensive benefits offerings including eligibility for medical, dental, vision, pre-tax savings, long term disability, life insurance plans, and more.   • Valid driver’s license is required and some driving for off-site events.
  • Successful Background Check is required and proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
